Complaints and how to avoid them

No one likes receiving complaints and as mediators and FDRP’s we should look at ways to minimise complaints through appropriate practice and processes. If a complaint does arise, we should look at this as a learning opportunity on how we might improve our practice. This webinar will look at how to avoid a complaint where possible and how to deal with a complaint if one arrives.
