Healing Relationships through Mediation / FDR
Whether parties in a mediation are in a business; personal; de-facto; marital; family; extended family or other type of relationship this will contribute to the parties’ high emotions, personal constructs, self-identity and power and control issues and concerns, and a level of interdependence that will impact on the mediation / FDR session. As mediators / FDRPs we need to understand the causes, and be able to assess the conflicts underpinning these matters. This webinar will also assist us to know how to address these relationship concerns and needs which often present as ‘elephants in the room’, so as to enable parties to let go of the past and negative feelings and beliefs and move forward in the mediation / FDR session to a place of resolution, healing, possible forgiveness and mutual agreements.
