To ensure your credit card details are secure and never accessible, we offer credit card processing
through Stripe. Stripe is certified as a CPI Level 1 Service Provider. This certification ensures your
credit card information is secured to the highest available standard. For more information regarding

Membership Terms
Fees for a subscription for membership with Global Professional Development, such as Mediator Membership, FDRP Membership and Dual Membership are not refundable except in special circumstances.

Subscription fees are for the total subscription period, January to December, January to June, July to December. No pro-rata rate applies to subscribers who purchase the subscription part way through the subscription period because all subscribers will be given access to all materials, content for their membership period regardless of date the membership begins.

At the end of the membership the subscriber reserves the right to purchase and continue their membership into the following membership period.

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Members must not share the subscription or any content with others.
Global Professional Development reserves the right to cancel a membership without notice or warning.
Global Professional Development reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule any webinars or other professional development opportunity.

Subscription allows the subscriber to a 100% discount (free attendance) at the following eligible events: live webinars, recorded/on demand webinars and access to the relevant Facebook Group.

The following events are excluded from the membership subscription: Global Professional Development conferences, Global Professional Development training courses including Masterclass training events, Online Group Professional Supervision, Mediation training courses, Mediation assessment, Mediation refresher training courses, Conflict management coaching courses, Conflict management coaching refresher courses and any other events not listed as events eligible for the subscription.

Membership subscribers will be offered discounted rates for all additional training provided by Global Professional Development in their subscription year.

Global Professional Development reserves the right to record, via video and/or audio, any professional development sessions for quality assurance purposes and to distribute to other members at Global Professional Development’s discretion.

Global Professional Development makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied as to the implementation or understanding by a subscriber of any content provided by Global Professional Development.
