Masterclass – Evaluative Mediation Model

There is a growing demand for evaluative mediation from both parties and those referring parties to mediation. This training will address the way in which evaluative mediation can be conducted, the skills, process and ethical considerations needed by an evaluative mediator to ensure best practice.

In this masterclass, you will learn the content and application of the evaluative mediation model and highlight the differences between the evaluative mediation and facilitative mediation models, and the choices mediators need to make.
