Informing mediation practice through neuroscience and understanding cognitive biases

Humans are complex creatures. This webinar will discuss how neuroscience impacts the mediation process and our parties. We will look at different skills that can assist us to work with parties from a neuroscience informed perspective. We will also discuss cognitive biases and how they play a role in parties’ negotiations. We will discuss the impact of these and the skills needed to assist all present in the mediation to see beyond their bias cognition.
