Ethical Dilemmas in Mediation / FDR
Mediators and FDRPs are required to conduct mediation and FDR sessions according to professional standards of practice that provide guidelines to ensure ethical practice. These guidelines also give reassurance to parties in mediation and FDR as to the integrity of practice and the efficacy of its outcomes. Even with mediator standards and codes of conduct it is not always easy for mediators and FDRPs to navigate the range of ethical dilemmas that can present in daily practice. This webinar will examine some of these ethical dilemmas and will provide knowledge and skills for mediators and FDRPs to be competently equipped to manage these difficult situations and to make appropriate ethical decisions.
