To Shuttle or not to Shuttle

This webinar will focus on how and when to use a ‘shuttle’ mediation effectively and when and why not to use the shuttle process. Shuttle mediation is often seen as ‘private session ‘ mediation. When used effectively, it can be as successful as a joint session facilitative mediation; however the mediator needs to know how to use facilitation skills within the shuttle mediation process and not just use this structure as a default for settlement.
